    House Appropriations Subcommittee Proposes Additional Substantial Increase in Alzheimer's Research Funding

    The House Appropriations Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies Subcommittee proposed a $400 million increase for Alzheimer’s research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for fiscal year 2018. If signed into law, this would be in addition to the $400 million increase signed into law in May for fiscal year 2017.
