    Dementia care navigation curriculum

    The Dementia Care Navigation Training curriculum follows evidence-based Dementia Care Practice Recommendations developed by the Alzheimer's Association. Each course will guide you through the core competencies of dementia care navigation:

    Purchase dementia care navigation

    The Dementia Care Navigation Training is available as a full series with certification or as individual courses. This training is not designed for group learning and is intended for learners 18 years of age or older.

    The full series with certification costs $249.99 per learner. Individual courses start at $19.99 per course, per learner. Discounts begin at 25 learners. Additional savings available for larger groups. For questions about bulk pricing, please contact education@alz.org.


    Get certified

    Professionals who complete the full series and pass the essentiALZ exam for dementia care navigation will be certified for two years.

    Claim continuing education (CE) credit — at no extra cost

    Professionals can claim continuing education credit at no additional cost. Continuing education credits are jointly provided by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and the Alzheimer's Association.
