About the Caregiver's Journey Conference
More than 500 caregivers will gather to discover the tools and resources essential to caring for a person with Alzheimer‘s and other dementia. Caring for someone with Alzheimer‘s disease or related dementia is truly a labor of love. Conference attendees will learn to provide person-centered care while maintaining their own self care.Conference highlights include:
- A full day of professional respite care so a caregiver can attend the conference
- An immersive experience to demonstrate living with dementia. This will help to develop self awareness, understanding and empathy.
- Keynote presentation, light breakfast, buffet lunch and up to 14 breakout sessions to choose from.
