A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. We welcome you at this community forum to share your experience with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia and discuss how the Alzheimer’s Association can best serve the community. Together, we can help to enhance care and support resources for those facing the disease. This meeting will offer time for your questions, as well as an opportunity to connect with other community members.
