The Alzheimer’s Association works to bring care and support to every community so that no one has to face dementia alone. Support groups create a safe, confidential and supportive environment. They give a chance for participants to develop mutual support and social relationships.
Trained facilitators lead support groups via phone, video or in person. All services and resources are free.
