The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Cincinnati Chapter serves individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, their families and caregivers in 29 counties:

SOUTHERN OHIO
Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Gallia, Hamilton, Highland, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Vinton and Warren
 
NORTHERN KENTUCKY
Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen and Pendleton
 
SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA
Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland

The Greater Cincinnati Chapter office is open to the community Tuesday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Monday and Friday by appointment. Care consultations are also available by appointment.
