Jan & Josephine Castora Family Caregiver Relief Program

The Jan & Josephine Castora Caregiver Relief Program covers the costs of approved non-medical in-home care services for dementia or Alzheimer's caregivers providing daily care for a loved one. 

The program allows caregivers to benefit from regularly-scheduled breaks to allow them to focus on their own physical, emotional and social needs.

Eligibility information: 

• The program is for caregivers who currently do not have the means to pay for in-home care services or have other regular support
• Participants must live in the 22 eligible counties in Northeast Ohio and where providers are available

• Services are provided by authorized home care agencies
