It takes time to talk about dementia. We have the time. Direct Connect Rapid Referral provides free support for families facing all types of dementia.Direct Connect Rapid Referral provides free support for all types of dementia, including:
- Education regarding dementia symptoms, disease stages and care tips.
- Connections to resources in the community.
- Support groups and activity programs.
- Personal support to help families effectively plan, cope and manage everyday challenges.
- Early-stage programs designed especially for newly-diagnosed individuals and their families.
- Connection to local and national clinical research trials.

The Jan & Josephine Castora Family Caregiver Relief Program
The Jan & Josephine Castora Family Caregiver Relief Program covers the cost of approved non-medical in-home care services for dementia or Alzheimer’s caregivers providing daily care for a loved one.
The program allows caregivers to benefit from regularly scheduled breaks to allow them to focus on their own physical, emotional and social needs.
