Join us for Candid Conversations: Advancing Health Equity in Underrepresented Communities on June 8 from 9:00 am - 1:00 am at Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 17822 Euclid Ave. in Cleveland

The event will feature a panel discussion and awareness presentation on current practices in Alzheimer's disease and other dementia care gaps in Northeast Ohio.

Panel participants will include: Francis Mills, Cleveland Department of Public Health; Camren Harris, Alzheimer’s Association Research Champion and Public Policy Manager; Dr. Tony Minor, Healing Communities and Heidi Barham, Hospice of the Western Reserve.
 
Candid Conversations is intended to engage minority communities at higher risk of developing Alzheimer’s or dementia who are commonly underserved regarding treatments, support and services. Register here.

The Cleveland Area Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association provides free care and support services to individuals and families living in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain counties.

The community is encouraged to check local support groups available and the latest educational programs available both in-person and virtually.
