    BETTER TOGETHER - 2025 Annual Conference on Alzheimer's & Related Dementia

    Join us on Saturday, August 23 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for a day of education, resources and support for professional caregivers, families caring for a loved one with dementia and for people living with dementia. 

    Event topics include:

    • Legal Issues / Medicaid Answers
    • AI / Technology / Fraud
    • Caregiver Rountable
    The program is free and open to the general public. Registration is required. Breakfast & lunch will be served. CEU's available for nurses and social workers. Local exhibitors will be providing information and resources.
