A Retreat for Alzheimer's Caregivers
Caregiver Connect is for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. This program is designed to empower caregivers with practical tools, support, and strategies to navigate the challenges of caregiving while prioritizing self-care. Through workshops, group discussions, and personalized coaching, participants learn to manage stress, establish healthy boundaries and cultivate resilience.

WHAT IS ART MATTERS?
Museum experiences, like Art Matters, are evidence-based interventions that help to improve the quality of life for those living with dementia. Individuals with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease and their care partners are invited to diverse conversational tours at the renowned Chrysler Museum of Art designed to both offer a pleasant experience and serve as cognitive stimulation. Provide the opportunity for persons with dementia and their caregivers to share their stories.
Host a table of resources and information before and after. Materials will be provided by the Alzheimer’s Association.
