The Alzheimer's Association has launched My ALZ Journey, a free mobile app designed to support individuals in the early stage of Alzheimer's or another dementia — and their care partners — with personalized guidance, tools and local resources.

Developed for those who already use apps, My ALZ Journey offers a simple, accessible way to navigate life after diagnosis. The app provides:

    • A personalized roadmap based on user role, location and age at diagnosis
    • Trusted content on caregiving, planning and dementia-related topics
    • Local connections to Alzheimer's Association chapters, support groups and events
    • Interactive tools and activities to support independence and engagement

The app was co-developed with input from individuals living with dementia and care partners, ensuring it reflects real-world experiences and needs.

My ALZ Journey is available now in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Learn more at alz.org/MyALZJourney.
