    Early Stage Memory Loss Programs

    Early Stage Memory Loss Programs

    Support groups

Early Stage Memory Loss Support Groups are regularly scheduled meetings to provide emotional, educational and social support for people living with memory loss. Some groups are specifically for younger-onset dementia, meaning they are geared towards individuals who received a dementia diagnosis before the age of 65.

Early Stage Memory Loss Support Groups are currently being offered on Zoom for anyone in our service area.

    Social engagement

    Momentia

Momentia is a grassroots movement empowering persons with memory loss and their loved ones to remain connected and active in the community. The Puget Sound region is home to a variety of dementia-friendly opportunities offered by a growing number of community members and organizations. Click here to learn more!

    Memory Cafes

At a Memory Café, persons living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias and their loved ones enjoy socializing in a relaxed café setting. There is no set agenda. Families meet and socialize in an environment that is accepting and non-judgmental.
