Young Professionals Alzheimer's Council

The Young Professionals Alzheimer's Council (YPAC) is an auxiliary junior board of the Alzheimer's Association Hudson Valley Chapter. The council consists of millennials committed to creating a world without Alzheimer’s. We host events throughout the year to engage our communities in and around the Hudson Valley in the fight against Alzheimer’s. If you are interested in learning more, email hudsonvalleyinfo@alz.org.
Who We Are
We provide opportunities for young professionals to become active members while serving their community. Group members will develop strong leadership and philanthropic skills that will serve their personal and professional lives. This group is intended for those with a personal connection to the disease, as well as those who do not have a connection but would like to learn more and contribute in the fight against it. This group can also serve as a support system for those who may have family members affected by the disease.
Personal time commitment is estimated to be an average of two-three hours per month, more for leadership positions within the group. This time will increase depending on upcoming YPAC events.
