Being a caregiver doesn't come with an instruction manual, but there are resources available to help. Use the free trainings and workshops on this page to gain caregiving skills and practical advice. Courses are also avaiable in Spanish. These courses can also be presented live virtually or in person. Email KriDavis@alz.org with any speaker requests.
The Alzheimer’s Association and the Mississippi State Department of Health will be hosting ‘Purple Sunday’ events at churches across the state to help spread awareness and education around Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia.
