    New Jersey Early-Stage Support Groups

Being diagnosed with dementia can be overwhelming and many feel that they are facing the disease alone. Our Early-Stage Support Groups intend to provide a safe and positive environment for individuals who have a physician’s diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), early stage Alzheimer's disease or mild dementia connect with others who are facing similar challenges. Pre-screening is required before the first session for all early-stage support groups. To schedule your pre-screening and register, please call 800.272.3900.
