    Caregiver Education

    Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and how to incorporate these tips into a plan for healthy aging.

    Let’s Talk About Health: Caring for Older Adults in Rural New York This free annual conference is designed to address the challenges of providing health care in rural areas by increasing knowledge of population health data, treatment strategies, and supports and services. Both healthcare professionals and family caregivers are welcome to attend. 

    Managing Money: A Caregiver's Guide to Finance Join us to learn tips for managing someone else's finances, how to prepare for future care costs and the benefits of early planning. This program is in partnership with Beta Psi Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., NCNW Cross County Section, Suffolk County Dept. of Health Services.

    Living with Lewy Body Dementia Series

    This five-part series is intended for caregivers of persons living with Lewy body dementia.

    In the final week of the series, educators from Lifespan and the Alzheimer's Association discuss support resources for caregivers and people living with dementia.
