    New York City Early-Stage Support Groups

    Our early stage support groups are for people who are in the early stages of Alzheimer’s or other dementia. All groups meet in person. Pre-screening is required before the first session for all early-stage support groups. Following the first session the group will be closed until the next cycle begins. To register, please call 800.272.3900. 

    These groups are supported in part by grants from the New York State Department of Health.

    Dementia Chat Early Stage Support Group
    Tuesdays, January 20-March 10, 2:30-4 p.m. Meets in Midtown Manhattan.

    Dementia Chat: Manhattan
    Mondays, October 20-December 15, 2-3:30 p.m. (No meeting on Nov. 24.). Meets in Midtown Manhattan. To schedule your pre-screening and register for this free group, please call 800.272.3900.

    Dementia Chat: Brooklyn
    Tuesdays, October 21-December 16, 1:30-3 p.m. Meets in Downtown Brooklyn. To schedule your pre-screening and register for this free group, please call 800.272.3900.
