An Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 990 is the annual informational return that most tax-exempt organizations must file. This tax form provides the IRS with an overview of an organization's governance, activities and finances.
In compliance with IRS reporting requirements, the Alzheimer's Association has published Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Each fiscal year includes the period between July 1 and June 30.
