Looking to host an event that gives to charity? Do Good to End ALZ is the best way to connect your independent fundraising initiative with the Alzheimer's Association.

Alzheimer's is a progressive brain disease that affects memory, thinking and behavior. And it is a growing global health crisis: more than 55 million people worldwide are living with Alzheimer's or another dementia. But every day, the Alzheimer’s Association is working to accelerate research toward treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure. Help us end this devastating disease.

What is Do Good to End ALZ?

Do Good to End ALZ is a great way for individuals, organizations or businesses to collect funds and donate them directly to the Alzheimer's Association. When you host a charitable event or activity, gather the donations and put the funds to use right away through Do Good to End ALZ. We use your contributions to provide care and support, drive research, and advocate for all affected by Alzheimer's and dementia.

How to participate

When you give funds through Do Good to End ALZ, there is no minimum amount required. All contributions are appreciated and make a difference in the effort to end Alzheimer's. There are three ways to send in the money you raise:

Do Good to End ALZ gives you the flexibility to organize a fundraising effort anytime, anywhere, and on a scale that works for you. These are just a few examples of events and activities that you can host as a part of Do Good to End ALZ:

  • Organize your company's next golf tournament to benefit the Alzheimer's Association.
  • Bring out a favorite family recipe for a bake sale at school or the office.
  • Getting married? Let your wedding guests know that you're donating to the Alzheimer's Association in lieu of favors.
And there are many other creative ways to contribute! Keep in mind that Do Good to End ALZ is a third-party fundraising initiative, meaning that the Alzheimer's Association does not organize or financially support the cost of organizing these events.
