Sarah Lorance is an accomplished board-facing executive in highly complex and regulated industries. She has deep expertise in compliance and privacy program executions, merger and acquisition due diligence, risk mitigation and control environment improvement. Lorance spent over 22 years within the healthcare industry, with her most recent role as the chief compliance officer, of Anthem, Inc. She started her career as a tax accountant with Alcatel Network Systems, Inc., as well as US West, Inc. and Anthem, Inc.
Currently, Lorance manages her own consulting company, Autumn Advisors, LLC and serves on the advisory boards of VSP Vision and the Knoebel Institute of Healthy Aging at the University of Denver.
Lorance received a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Iowa is a Certified Public Accountant, and Directorship Certified.
She has served on the board of directors since 2015 and was elected as chair in 2022.
