Wendy Drummond served as the chief executive officer of U.S. Cellular Corporation’s largest national agent for seven years before becoming the chair of its board of directors in May 2022. During her tenure as chief executive officer, she successfully reorganized the business and transformed the company’s culture resulting in a dramatic reduction of turnover and increase in profitability. Drummond is a seasoned employment and business lawyer. She is the founder and chief executive officer of HR360, LLC, a human resources outsourcing firm serving small to midsize businesses. She is passionate about community service and has served on numerous nonprofit boards.
Drummond was elected to the Alzheimer’s Association Board of Directors in 2022.
