    The Alzheimer's Association and the Seattle Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are hosting a two-hour workshop on dementia.

    Let's get together for "Our Minds, Our Memory, Our Legacy: Dementia in the Black American Community." Join us at Plymouth Church United Church of Christ on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 10:00 am, where we will learn, share experiences, and support each other around this important topic. At this first of a three-part education series, we'll be discussing the following topics:

    • Tips to help you keep your brain healthy at any age
    • How to recognize the warning signs of Alzheimer's disease
    • How to live well with dementia
    • Resources and services for people living with dementia and their care partners
