The Alzheimer’s Association offers a variety of volunteer positions through activities, programs and events, all with a common purpose: to move closer to our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia. Whether you prefer getting out in the community or volunteering from home, organizing an event or applying your technical skills, we need your talents. Some volunteer positions are one-time events and others are ongoing, so you can find an opportunity that fits with your schedule.

Become a program volunteer and help change lives close to home. All program volunteers are fully supported with training, education and a close-knit community of fellow volunteers who share your drive to end this devastating disease.
Educate your community about Alzheimer's and other dementia by delivering prepared presentations and answering questions.
Attend local community events, raise awareness of Association programs, provide basic information and connect people with services.
Create a safe environment for caregivers or people living with dementia to share their feelings and experiences. Connect them with Association services.
Represent the Association at local faith groups. Connect with congregants, provide basic education about dementia and share information about free resources.
Plan social engagement activities like bowling, baseball games, potlucks, tours and cultural events for people living with memory loss and their care partners.
Use your skills to enter constituent data and other information into the Association’s databases, ensuring that records are updated and accurate.
Provide technical assistance for online support groups and education programs and expand the reach of Alzheimer's Association programs in your community.
