About the Conference
The Long Island Chapter's annual Alzheimer's & Dementia Conference is a day of education, support and uplifting motivation for caregivers. As hosts of this event, our goal is to create a platform from which caregivers can learn the skills necessary to provide quality care for a person with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.This conference is supported in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health.
