    Early-Stage Social Engagement Programs

A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease is life changing. It can be difficult to chart a course for the future. Our early-stage social engagement programs are free and support groups offer a comfortable way to get active and connected to others in similar situations. Connecting with people who understand what you are going through can provide support, encouragement and inspiration.

    Early-Stage Support Groups

Alzheimer’s Association early-stage support groups, conducted by trained facilitators, are a safe place for people living with dementia to share their experiences with others who understand. Pre-screening is required to join a support group. To register, call our 24/7 Helpline at 800.272.3900.
