    A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease is life-changing. It can be difficult to chart a course for the future. Our free early-stage social programs and support groups offer a comfortable way to get active and meet others in similar situations. Connecting with people who understand what you are going through can provide support and encouragement. The New York City Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association offers free support groups for people living with early-stage dementia.
