Monica Moreno is senior director of Dementia Care Navigation at the Alzheimer's Association. In this role, she develops and implements integrated products and solutions for the health and care ecosystem to transform the way care is being delivered to people living with dementia and their caregivers.
Moreno manages operations for the Dementia Care Navigation Service powered by Rippl and the Alzheimer's Association. The service provides comprehensive, personalized support for people living with dementia and their caregivers throughout their care journey. Additionally, Moreno develops products for the entire clinical care pathway with subject matter experts and brings products to market to influence system change.
Moreno has more than two decades of experience working with people living with dementia and their caregivers.
She is co-author of a chapter in "Evidenced-Based Protocols for Managing Wandering Behavior," named Book of the Year by the American Journal of Nursing. She earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago.
