Alzheimer's & Dementia: Translational Research & Clinical Interventions (A&D: TRCI)
In 2015, the Alzheimer's Association launched Alzheimer's & Dementia®: Translational Research & Clinical Interventions (TRCI), an open-access online companion journal to Alzheimer’s & Dementia®: The Journal of the Alzheimer’s Association.
About the journal
Alzheimer’s & Dementia: TRCI seeks to advance and expedite clinical translational research in Alzheimer's disease and age-related cognitive impairment into improved care and treatment, and promote open-access Alzheimer's and dementia research communication across preclinical, clinical, and effectiveness research areas. The journal features findings from diverse domains of research and disciplines to accelerate the conversion of abstract facts into practical knowledge: specifically, to translate what is learned at the bench into bedside applications..
Online article access
The TRCI website offers free online-only access to editorial content, table of contents and abstracts. Check out the current issue and most recently-posted articles. Articles are published throughout the month.
Submissions
The journal encourages submission of interdisciplinary studies, in-depth reviews and commentaries by research colleagues in Alzheimer's translational research. All research published in Alzheimer's & Dementia: TRCI undergoes peer review, a process in which independent experts evaluate a study's scientific merit and confirm that its conclusions are justified.
