Alzheimer’s & Dementia: DADM concentrates on the discovery, development, and validation of assays, instruments, and technologies with the potential to facilitate accurate detection of dementia in its various forms and stages. Articles cover a range of topics focused on the early and accurate identification of people at elevated risk of various forms of memory disorders, including individuals who are asymptomatic and those with memory complaints. Promising dementia biomarkers, ranging from gene expression and proteomic markers, to imaging, cognitive and functional markers of disease progression or treatment response are of particular interest.

Online article access

The DADM website offers free online-only access to editorial content, table of contents and abstracts. Check out the current issue and the most recent articles posted to the site on topics such as genetic testing, blood biomarkers, cognitive function testing, and amyloid and tau biomarkers. Articles are posted throughout the month.

Submissions

The journal encourages submission of interdisciplinary studies, in-depth reviews and commentaries by research colleagues. All research published in Alzheimer's & Dementia: DADM undergoes peer review, a process in which independent experts evaluate a study's scientific merit and confirm that its conclusions are justified.
