Our wedding recognition program is a thoughtful alternative to giving wedding favors and receiving wedding gifts. What better way to celebrate the start of one family than by giving hope to so many others?

These beautiful place cards are an elegant addition to any table setting with a message that tells your guests that you have made a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter in their honor.

We will send thank you letters out to all donors and send a list of contributors to the celebration’s host. Gift amounts will be kept strictly confidential.
