Something for Alz: Musical Moments

This is a free, interactive virtual music program. It is designed for people living with dementia and their caregivers and family to enjoy from the comfort of home. Sessions can include singing, dancing, and discussions of favorite songs. 

Something for Alz: Laughter Yoga

This is a free, interactive yoga program. The scientifically based techniques of laughter yoga encourage adults to act in childlike ways to encourage laughter and spur positive brain chemistry. Our facilitator is Jim Gordan, a BS Degree in Adult Services and a certified laughter yoga teacher.
