Memory Café - 

IN PERSON

1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

A virtual social gathering for individuals living with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment or dementia as well as their care partner — a spouse, partner, family member or caregiver. Memory Café utilizes a variety of structured activities to promote social interaction, engagement, cognition and reminiscing. This is an opportunity for loved ones and care partners to form new bonds of friendship in a safe, supportive and welcoming setting:

Jam Session - IN PERSON or VIRTUAL


3rd Thursday of every month; times will vary each month. See links below.

A social gathering for individuals living with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment or dementia, their families and care partners. Join us while we sing songs, play instruments, move to the beat or simply listen while enjoying the music we will make. No musical experience is necessary, just show up virtually and join the fun.

First Saturday of every month
10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

This monthly early stage social engagement program is for people living with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment or dementia and their care partners. BasebALZ utilizes reminiscence therapy to engage participants around a beloved pastime - baseball. Join to experience the sights, sounds and thrills of the game!
