  • Caregiver Stress: This brochure contains advice and helpful resources for caregivers on ways to recognize and manage stress. Available in English and Spanish. 
  • Understanding Alzheimer's and Other Dementias: This informative brochure offers an overview of Alzheimer's disease, including warning signs, diagnosis, stages of the disease, treatments and more. Available in English and Spanish. 
  • 10 Tips for Living with Alzheimer's: This card features 10 tips for living with Alzheimer's as well as a list of resources and ways to get involved in the fight against the disease. 
  • Living with Alzheimer's: This brochure provides practical tips for living with early stage Alzheimer’s disease. Available in English and Spanish.

  • “Here for You” buckslip: The one page, front and back, buckslip provides an overview of our programs and services available to caregivers and people living with dementia. 
  • Helpline cards: These business card sized cards include the Helpline contact information. They can be helpful to share within the community to refer people to the Helpline. Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole. 
  • Know the 10 Signs bookmarks: These bookmarks provide an overview of the 10 common initial signs and symptoms of dementia.
