Our chapter provides no-charge support, education programs, support groups, training, and other resources for people in Minnesota and North Dakota impacted by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. With Minnesota offices located in Minneapolis, Duluth, Rochester, and St. Cloud, and North Dakota offices in Bismarck, Minot, Fargo, Grand Forks and Maddock, help is never far away.
