Our goal is to provide support for those facing an Alzheimer's diagnosis from day one.

Gaining support, staying social and active is a key part of living a full life once one has received a diagnosis.

If you are a person that has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or dementia in the Early Stage of the disease, or have a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment, our Early Stage Support Group or Early Stage Social Engagement Group might be right for you.

Our 3-6 month group sessions offer ways for early stage individuals to get out and connect with one another through a variety of social activities as well as meet together for support in a confidential and safe place.

As part of our Early Stage programming, we also offer Educational programs for the individual living with dementia in the early stage of the disease as well as their care partner.

Starting with our Fall 2019 session in October, all Early Stage program participants will meet with one of our program coordinators for a brief intake process.

If you are interested in participating in our Early Stage programming, please contact Dakota Stone, MSW at (567) 302-3608 or dlstone@alz.org
