Stay socially engaged
If you are a person that has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or dementia in the Early Stage of the disease, or have a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment, our Early Stage Support Group or Early Stage Social Engagement Group might be right for you.
Our 3-6 month group sessions offer ways for early stage individuals to get out and connect with one another through a variety of social activities as well as meet together for support in a confidential and safe place. We also have some social activities that include care partners.
As part of our Early Stage programming, we also offer Educational programs for the individual living with dementia in the early stage of the disease as well as their care partner.
All Early Stage program participants will meet with one of our program coordinators for a brief intake process prior to registering for programs.
If you are interested in participating in our Early Stage programming, please contact Dakota Stone, MSW at 567.302.3608 or dlstone@alz.org
