Young Champions is your gateway to meaningful involvement in the fight against Alzheimer's and related dementias. Whether you've personally experienced the impact of dementia or are driven by a desire to make a difference, Young Champions is the community for you. Connect with like-minded individuals and contribute to a vital cause. While our roots are in the Twin Cities, we invite individuals from all over Minnesota and North Dakota to join us.
