A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease is life changing. It can be difficult to chart a course for the future. Our early-stage social engagement programs and support groups offer a comfortable way to get active and connected to others in similar situations. Connecting with people who understand what you are going through can provide support, encouragement and inspiration.

Social Engagement Programs

Chat and move with new friends! Join the conversation in an informal “cafe” environment with friends new and old. Then lace up your shoes and get ready to move! Exercise is great for the body and mind and aids in stress reduction. Try a different type of movement at each session. No equipment necessary, but comfortable clothing is recommended.
