Participants will walk away with hands-on tools to help them build a personalized plan for healthy aging.

While there’s no guaranteed way to prevent dementia, this program offers science-backed strategies to help people maintain or improve their overall health and live well as they age. Even better—it aligns perfectly with the latest results from the U.S. POINTER Study, released in July 2025.
