New York City Chapter Welcomes New Junior Board Members

New York, NY (January 30, 2023) - The Alzheimer’s Association, New York City Chapter announces 10 new members have joined its Junior Board, which was founded in 2019 to convene civic-minded young professionals dedicated to ending Alzheimer’s.
 
Junior Board Chair Keegan Kennedy says, “Since its inception in 2019 the Junior Board has grown in both numbers and impact.” She continues, “We’re incredibly excited to welcome our January 2023 class of new members, and we are motivated to drive awareness and fundraising among a younger generation to help end this disease”
 
The Junior Board now has 30 members, the most since its inception. They support the Alzheimer’s Association mission through fundraising events, education and advocacy initiatives, and other volunteer opportunities in New York City.
 
The new Junior Board members are:
  • Alexandra Widrick, Chief of Staff, Resy, American Express Global Dining Network
  • Ashley Davis, Implementation Manager, Thirstie
  • Brynn Taylor, Strategy Consultant, Deloitte LLP
  • Dimpy Mehra, Medical Director, Bristol Meyers Squibb
  • Emily Gagis, Deals Manager, Pricewaterhouse Coopers
  • Emma Gladstone, Chief of Staff, Wheelhouse
  • Jason Weintraub, Investment Banking Capital Markets, Craig Hallum Capital
  • Lauren Haslett, Senior Account Manager, Amazon
  • Mallory Mullane, Vice President, Senior Events Manager, Rabobank (Wholesale Banking North America)
  • Tess Ramirez, Founder, My Father’s Daughter Designs
New member Mallory Mullane shares her reason for joining the Junior Board, “My mother was diagnosed in 2020, and I turned to the Alzheimer’s Association for support and to learn more about the disease. Watching my mother suffer from this disease, I became determined
to educate my generation about Alzheimer’s and the opportunities to get involved.”
