Dementia-friendly walking groups are early stage social engagement opportunities for people living with memory loss and their family, friends, and loved ones. Exercise and social connection has been shown to improve health, mood, sleep and cognitive functioning in older adults.

At rotating locations in the Portland-Metro community area!

Date & Time

Weekly sessions on Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., spanning 8 weeks with a subsequent break and continuation.
