    The Alzheimer’s Association South Carolina Chapter provides support services, care options and education for families and caregivers in Greenville, Columbia, Charleston and across the state.

    The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.

    Our chapter team serves the entire state from the home case of these local offices. Because our staff members are frequently out in the community, we ask that you schedule an appointment to be sure someone will be at the office to meet with you.
