When you share your commitment to the Alzheimer's Association in your estate or financial plan, you become an honored member of our Founders Society.

The Founders Society was created by the Alzheimer’s Association to recognize and honor those extraordinary people who remember the Alzheimer’s Association in their estate plans. Planned gifts include gifts in a will or living trust; charitable trusts or gift annuities that benefit the Alzheimer’s Association and gifts of life insurance, financial accounts or life insurance that are made by designating the Alzheimer’s Association as the beneficiary.

“What better way to honor my courageous husband than to name the Alzheimer’s Association in our estate plan. His participation in various research projects, as well as his brain donation at death, were his ways of creating a legacy. Planning a gift is my way of creating one of both of us." – Founders Society member, West Falmouth, MA
