Closely held business interests. Ownership shares in a family or private company that can be donated before or after a sale, offering potential tax savings and a way to create a lasting legacy.
Tangible personal property. Physical assets like jewelry, artwork, coins, antiques, or collectibles that can be given outright or in your will, sometimes offering fair market value deductions.
