Programs & Services Volunteer

  • Informational Table Host - Promote Alzheimer’s awareness and education at health fairs and community events. Staff exhibit tables, distribute information, and answer basic questions about services to further awareness of Alzheimer's disease and services available through the Chapter.

  • Support Group Leader - Facilitate a support group for caregivers in your area.
  • Volunteer Educator - Promote awareness of Alzheimer's disease and the Alzheimer's Association to the general public and professionals. Special training available for this volunteer opportunity!

Alzheimer’s Advocate

Become a voice for persons with dementia. Advocate for reforms or improvements through activities related to local, state, and national legislation and public policies to better serve the needs of affected persons, families and caregivers.

Leadership

Serve as an Advisory Board Member or a Chapter committee to assist the chapter in advancing its mission.

Office Assistant

Provide support and assistance to Chapter staff by completing general office duties such as: answer & transfer incoming calls, greet walk-in guests, sign for packages, use copier and other office machinery, organize supply cabinet, stuff envelopes, etc. Students & retirees welcome.

The Longest Day

Serve on a task force committee or register a team.
