Aimee Nolan is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. She is chief legal officer of Anacostia Rail Holdings (ARH), where she oversees the company's legal, compliance, governance and risk functions.
Prior to joining ARH in 2026, Nolan served as general counsel of Zoro Tools, Inc., an e-commerce subsidiary of W.W. Grainger, Inc. Previously, she spent more than 25 years at W.W. Grainger, Inc., including serving as vice president and associate general counsel. In that role, she advised on a broad range of matters, including technology and e-commerce, data protection and security, crisis management, global sourcing, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, procurement, real estate, regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.
Nolan has served on the Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter Board since 2017 and previously served as chair of Illinois Women Conquer ALZ. She is also a member of the International Women's Forum and the Economic Club of Chicago, an executive member of the board of directors of the Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing Foundation, and a board member of North Shore Exchange. She was named a Crain's Chicago Business 2022 Notable Nonprofit Board Leader. Nolan earned her bachelor of arts from Michigan State University and her juris doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She also completed the Executive Management Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg Management Institute.
Nolan was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2024.
