Michael J. O'Leary is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. He is the Office Managing Partner for EY (Ernst & Young) in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he leads 2,200 professionals across all EY service lines and is responsible for the firm's go-to-market strategy across 73 offices in the United States.

Over the course of his career, O'Leary has held a variety of U.S. and global leadership roles at EY in diverse areas of the firm, traveling to six continents on business and residing in Buffalo and Rochester, New York; Chicago; Minneapolis; and Charlotte. He has also served on Association chapter board roles in Upstate New York, Minneapolis and Charlotte, while also being an active supporter of the Alzheimer's Impact Movement.

O'Leary is a certified public accountant, a graduate of Canisius University and has completed the Strategic Management program at Harvard Business School.

O'Leary was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2025.
