    Patricia Will

Patricia Will is founder and CEO of Belmont Village Senior Living, a fully integrated owner, developer and operator of 34 senior living communities across the United States and Mexico. She founded Belmont Village in 1997 after her mother-in-law, Josephine, developed dementia and her family struggled to find appropriate care. That personal experience became the foundation for a nearly 30-year commitment to advancing senior living and memory care through innovative, evidence-based programming and collaborations with leading research universities and healthcare institutions.

Will has a longstanding relationship with the Alzheimer’s Association, including prior service on the Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter Board and as chair of the 2019 Houston Walk to End Alzheimer's®. Under her leadership, Belmont Village has raised more than $1 million nationally for the Association and has been one of its most committed corporate partners. In 2024, Will received the Alzheimer's Association Visionary Award from the San Diego & Imperial Chapter in recognition of her leadership, dedication and advancements in Alzheimer's and memory care. Will earned her M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School and has been inducted into both the Texas Business Hall of Fame and the Senior Living Hall of Fame.

Will was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2026.
