Lori McCarney is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. She has over 40 years of senior management experience in a variety of industries in local, national and international markets, specializing in business strategy and marketing.

She has held executive leadership positions at major financial institutions, including Bank of America and Wells Fargo and global advertising agencies such as McCann-Erickson and Grey Advertising. McCarney has been involved, led and worked with numerous nonprofits and trade industry boards over her career. She is currently serving as an elected member of Honolulu's Downtown-Chinatown Neighborhood Board and is a past chair and current member of the Association's Aloha Chapter Board.

McCarney was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2025.
