Jim Wong is an entrepreneur, investor, CPA and experienced corporate and nonprofit board leader. He is founder and lead investor of Open Arms Solutions, a senior home care company serving the greater Chicago area. Previously, Wong founded and served as CEO of Brilliant, a professional services firm he led through significant growth and a successful sale to private equity.

Wong has served as vice chair and chair of Intersect Illinois and currently serves on the Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter Board. He became involved with the Association after his mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2018 and has since been actively involved in supporting its fundraising and mission. Following her passing in 2026, Wong continues this work in her honor and with a deep commitment to the Association's mission.

Wong was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2026.
